Most basic repairs are fixed on the spot, or on the same day. But some delicate items may require a little more time to be fixed properly, as it's more important for us to get the job done right the first time. Yes, we provide both services. Depending on the jewelry, Gold Plating can be done through gold baths or electroplating, in which a thin layer of gold is layered onto the surface of titanium, silver, or platinum metals. Rhodium Plating gives your white gold and silver jewelry items a mirror-shine finish, but will slowly wear away over time, with contact and exposure to elements such as the oils on your skin, moisturizers, and liquid soap.

We have access to a vast range of diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds and just about any birthstones from precious, semi-precious and non precious family of stones and gemstones. 

Yes, we provide free courtesy cleaning while you wait and offer Professional Grade Polishing and re-plating services. We can clean most jewelry items ranging from diamond solitaire rings to bracelets, chains, necklaces and charms of all shapes and sizes. We use cleaning agents with ultrasonic sound waves that gently get into tiny crevices and loosen the dirt and microscopic debris that accumulates over time. This is followed with concentrated blast of hot steam that will further wash away and clean any remaining dirt still left behind, giving your jewelry a re-stored sheen. With our Professional Cleaning service, we add machine polishing, where we apply different lathes and buffing agents to rejuvenate and re-store the original look and luster of your precious jewelry. 

Yes, if your bracelet or necklace is broken, we can re-string pearls, gemstone, and glass beads of all types, with or without knots and to your required length. The service is fast and affordable, and our pearl knotting experts take the upmost care to ensure your treasured jewellery is carefully restored to their original condition. For added safety, knotting between each bead or pearl generally prevents them from coming loose and flying apart if the necklace is broken.
