Our new Encino Store is centrally located at the Encino Square Plaza on Ventura Boulevard, providing the convenience of local service with easy access for all your jewelry, clocks, and watch repair needs. Most general repairs are typically completed while you wait, or on the same business day. We have the expertise and industry prowess to take on any repair challenge, from simple fixes to the most complicated tasks that calls on our decades old experience to get the job done right the first time. We specialize in servicing most luxury brands that include Rolex, Omega, IWC, Cartier, Tag Heuer, Breitling, and Panerai, to name just few.

Our Independent Rolex Service Center, that has been operating from the Downtown LA jewelry district since 1978, remains very diligent in our devotion to providing specialized services for top luxury brands to both consumers and B2B merchants throughout the greater Los Angeles region. In the span of these four decades, our expertise and industry prowess has afforded us the opportunity to further expand those services into San Fernando Valley. With the advent of our Encino store, we now utilize this extended network of family operation and service facility to bring our watch and jewelry repair specialization even closer to our local neighborhoods and the adjacent communities.

We have two dedicated, Master Watchmakers (in addition to our professional Jeweler) on-site, always ready to diagnose, advise and carry out any needed jewelry repair or service on your precious timepieces with the highest level of expertise, applying their utmost attention to the factory standards and unique service protocols of each timepiece.

We use 100% original parts and back our work with a one year guarantee in order to honor the manufacturer’s warranty on any component that requires replacement, to provide ample time for post service adjustments, if and when needed, and to provide the assurance that our services not only addresses the individual needs of every customer, but actually exceeds all their expectations.
