Watch Battery Replacement
A new watch battery can function anywhere from 1 to 5 years depending on the age and type of movement, usage and other circumstances. We use Swiss Renata batteries because they are the most reliable, last the longest, and the battery of choice by premier brands, including Tag Heuer, Breitling, Chopard and even Rolex for their quartz collections.

Battery Replacement for most brands usually takes 10 minutes or less to complete. During this service, we do a general assessment of the watch, inspect and clean trapped dusts and moisture from the case and movement surfaces, and re-enforce the o-ring and gaskets with silicone lubricant, to further safeguard your treasured timepiece.
Re-Seal and Water Test
Most High-End watches that have a factory Water Resistance of 300 Meters or more, are generally equipped with a screw-down crown and assembled with a pressurized case. They are designed to be submerged in water, without running the risk of damage to its internal parts and mechanism.
For those luxury and dive watches that require additional resealing and testing for water resistance, the battery replacement will take a little longer in order to ensure that the integrity of the watch case and its seal protection meets factory standards at time of service. However, the gaskets and O-rings around the crystal, case back, crown, and pushers do deteriorate over time and can potentially compromise the seal integrity of the watch, even if that timepiece has successfully passed a pressure test previously.

Watch Glass Replacement
The front glass or crystal of the watch is the most vulnerable area of the timepiece, and as it covers and protects the surface of the dial, it is more prone to scratch, crack or even break upon accidental drop or impact and potentially damage other exterior and inner components. Most non-sapphire crystals can be replaced right away, in some instances the watch will need to be left with us to order and install the original factory replacement part.
Spring Bars and Watch Pin Replacement
Spring pins are also known as spring bars, which fit through the ends of the bracelet or strap, in order to attach the band onto the lugs of the watch. There are also fasteners which come in the form of long, tiny screws and open-end pins that hold the links of the metal watch bracelet together. These tiny parts will wear down over time and require replacement, as they run the risk of detaching the band or metal bracelet and potentially causing the watch to fall off the wrist. These can be fixed on the spot and inexpensively.
Watch Sizing / Bracelet Adjustment
New watches typically come with all their links already attached in order to accommodate every wrist size. They will need to be adjusted in order to get a perfect fit. In some cases, your existing watch, or one that you just inherited may also require an adjustment. Even when parts are no longer available, we have the expertise to locate, or fabricate links and extensions for those older and rare watches that may also have damaged and/or missing links. We also stock hundreds of extra links in our shop, with a variety of brands and sizes, accumulated over the years.
