1 YEAR GUARANTEE on services:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This covers our workmanship only and applies to the actual services rendered on the initial repair - - and does NOT extend to the complete watch itself. While it also covers for any defects in the parts we use, it does NOT cover a fault that has reasonably occurred during use, following our service or repair.

We do not warranty or guarantee the  water-proofing or shock-proofing of vintage or older watches, due to their delicate nature and normal deterioration of their original integrity. This exclusion includes damage by water, humidity, shock, or any accident or misuse by the owner or any other  third party.

WHAT IS COVERED

  • Gross time keeping errors on mechanical watches post service. Most modern mechanical watches can be calibrated to operate under +/- a few seconds per day. This excludes certain vintage and older watches that are less accurate by design and operate within normal factory variances of a couple minutes a day, depending on their respective brand and type of movement.

  • Watch running intermittently even on a full wind (unless the  condition of the watch prevents this). Most manual watch movements are designed with various power reserve capacities that allow their movement to run for a specific length of time on full wind. We ensure that our service adheres to the factory standards of each, respective brand, upon full service and/or overhaul.

  • Detachment of stem and crown under normal function.

  • Watch does not wind.  (mainspring failure included only if we supplied it)

  • Hand detachment / collision under normal operation

  • Crown and stem/pushers detached, but not missing

  • Bezel detached but not missing (only if we have removed/ refitted during the service)

  • Watch glass or crystal detached (only if we have removed/ refitted during the service)

  • Battery failure (if replaced by us during service)

  • Circuit failure (if applicable) – Only on supplied parts)
